Chibi Chibi is a mysterious little child that fell from the sky. (just like Chibi Usa *-*) This girl started following Usagi, and Usagi thought that she was lost. She asked the girl is she was lost, but the girl only said, "Chibi!" Luna suggested that she should thake the little girl to the police, and Usagi agreed, but when she turned around the little girl was lost. Usagi went home and found the little girl in her home! Usagi's mother scolded her for leaving her cute little sister Chibi Chibi alone at home!
Chibi Chibi could only say "chibi chibi" and most of the time she repeated what other people said. Chibi Chibi had the same characteristics as Usagi and Chibi Usa (except that Chibi Chibi wasn't a brat like Chibi Usa ^^) All the Inner Senshi liked Chibi Chibi. Setsuna was suspicious of Chibi Chibi. (never trust the cute ones..)
A few episodes after Chibi Chibi appeared on the scene, she transformed to a Sailor form to help out Sailor Moon, and also granted Sailor Moon a new attack phrase "Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss" to defeat monsters. This made Sailor Moon wonder who Chibi Chibi really was. Later in the series, Chibi Chibi transformed again to teleport the Inner Sailors to Galaxia's hide-out (so they could save the Sailor Starlights). When Sailor Moon saw her transform, she called her "Chibi Chibi Moon!"
And futhermore, Chibi Chibi is NOT Sailor Moon's daughter or Sailor Chibi Moon's daughter!! Chibi Chibi is "The Light Of Hope" aka Galaxia's star seed. When Galaxia sealed Chaos inside her body she sent her star seed far away in the galaxy where it would be safe!
