Rubeus
Rubeus' job was to capture Chibi Usa and infiltrate crystal points that would be important in the future. He failed at this job, so Wiseman told Rubeus to get rid of the Sailor Soldiers by using the Four Sisters. When Sailor Moon turned the Four Sisters to the good side, Prince Demando dismissed Rubeus from the plans of taking over Crystal Tokyo. Rubeus could not believe this. Rubeus had a plan to get back on Prince Demando's good side. Rubeus captured the four Sailor Soldiers and made Sailor Moon and Chibi Usa come to his UFO. While Sailor Moon and Rubeus were battling, Chibi Usa pulled out the ship's main energy supply. The ship was going to explode, and Esmeroodo appeared. Rubeus thought that she was going to save him, but Esmeroodo told him that it was better to let him die in the past than return in shame to the future. The Sailor Soldiers used "Sailor Teleport" to escape, and Rubeus was left to die when the ship exploded.
Seiyuu: Takagi Wataru
Petz
Petz was the oldest of the four sisters, and her powers were equal to Sailor Jupiter. Petz is quite aggressive and uses dark lightning when she attacks. She was the most powerful of the four sisters. Petz is usually seen fighting with Karaberas. Petz fell in love with Safiiru, and was heartbroken when he died.
Seiyuu: Ogata Megumi
Karaberas
Karaberas was the second oldest of the four sisters, and her powers were equal to Sailor Venus. Karaberas was very posh, always particular about what she wore, and was usually seen fighting with Petz. Karaberas used a whip for her attacks, and was the third to be turned good by the Sailor Soldiers.
Seiyuu: Hiramatsu Akiko
Beruche
Beruche was the second youngest of the four sisters, and her powers were equal to Sailor Mercury. Beruche usually lets her droids to all her work for her. Beruche was very much like Sailor Mercury, because they are both smart, and love chess. Beruche was the second to be turned good by the Sailor Soldiers.
Seiyuu: Amano Yuri
Cooan
Cooan was the youngest of the four sisters, and her powers were equal to Sailor Mars. Cooan was very much in love with Rubeus and would do anything for him, hoping that one day she would become the Queen of Crystal Tokoy and Rubeus her king. Cooan does not like her face to be messed with, and she has a very short temper. Cooan uses a dark fire as her attack, and she was the first to be turned good by the Sailor Soldiers.
Seiyuu: Yamazaki Wakana
Safiiru
Safiiru was Prince Demando's brother. Safiiru and Esmeroodo both hated Sailor Moon, and loved Prince Demando. Safiiru believed that Wiseman was using Demando, and wanted to rip off Wiseman's cape to see what he really was. When Safiiru overheard Wisemand speak of them as pawns, he tried to escape to tell Demando, but Wiseman attacked ihm and hurt him badly. He managed to escape to the past and Petz took care of him. Later, he tried to tell Demando about Wiseman's real plans, but Wiseman killed him.
Esmeroodo
Esmeroodo took over after Rubeus died. Esmeroodo thought the best way to open the Black Gate, was to use crystal figurines. In the past there were places with negative energy and these figurines would absorb the negative energy and grow. Esmeroodo returned to the future and was very annoyed to see that Demando was infatuated with Sailor Moon. (Esmeroodo was in love with Demando) Esmeroodo asked Wiseman to tell her future, and Wiseman told her that she would be Demando's Queen. He then gave Esmeroodo a tiara which she placed on her head and the dark energy transformed him into a dragon. She battled the Sailor Soldiers at the Crystal Palace and of course, she lost. Tuxedo Kamen hit her tiara, and Sailor Moon finished her off with her "Moon Princess Halation" attack. Esmeroodo disappeared in a black void calling at Demando's name.
Prince Demando
Prince Demando is the ruler of the Black Moon Family. He was in love with Neo Queen Serenity and wanted her to be his queen. Neo Queen Serenity refused, and Demando attacked her kingdom. He wanted to capture Chibi Usa, because they could use her power to open the Black Gate. Prince Demando tried to make Usagi his queen, but she refused. Later, he tried to control her with his third eye, but she snapped out of it, and made Demando realize that Wiseman was using him. Wiseman appeared and released a blast at Sailor Moon, but Demando jumped infront of her and took the blast. With his last amount of energy he shattered Wiseman..for a few minutes.
Wiseman
Wiseman could see into the future, and was the most powerful of all in the Black Moon Family. For a while he helped Rubeus, but then later he helped the rest of the Black Moon Family. Wiseman's real objective was ot open the Black Gate, while Prince Demando just wanted to live on earth. Wiseman was responsible for the deaths of Safiiru, Esmeroodo, and Prince Demando, and Wiseman turned Chibi Usa into Black Lady. Wiseman did manage to open the Black Gate, but was killed by Neo Queen Serenity and Chibi Usa's silver crystals.
Black Lady
Chibi Usa was turned into Black Lady by Wiseman. Wiseman convinced her that nobody loved her and that she should use her powers to destroy the earth. Later, Black Lady realized that she was loved, when Neo Queen Serenity brought back her memories. Chibi Usa went back to normal, and Black Lady was destroyed.
